OUR VISION

Our licensed and experienced childcare providers at Country Kids Schoolhouse have proudly been serving children for over 12 years. Our center offers a loving, nurturing, and caring environment for all children. Our creative curriculum approach gives us the ability to focus on each child individually for them to learn and succeed.

Our team of teachers are motivated to work alongside both parents and children to create a fun and educational environment for learning. Our center is staffed with over fifteen energetic and passionate teachers that are devoted to encouraging growth, promoting positivity, and creating a safe environment to give your child a unique learning experience. Our teachers are led by two educated and experienced directors that have been working in the early childhood education field for over 15 years.

Our History

Country Kids Schoolhouse was founded by Lindsey W. and family in November of 2009 in Palmyra, Wisconsin. The first childcare center was licensed for 37 children. Lindsey went to school for Interior Design and shortly before graduating in that field, changed her Major in Early Childhood and went with her true passion, which is working with families and children! In September 2015, Country Kids was presented with the opportunity to open a second location in Eagle, Wisconsin. We decided to take a leap of faith and open our second location, which was licensed for 87 children. Not realizing how quick Country Kids was going to grow, we merged the two locations and now reside in Eagle. Our facility is a little over 6,000 square feet, we have 7 classrooms and 2 large playgrounds. One of our playgrounds has a large Amish Ship! Country Kids believes materials and items should be clean, durable, and safe for children. All of our furniture is hand made by the Amish community. Country Kids has true passion for the people and the children. We believe taking care of each family always comes first, fun second. We believe our passion in Early Childhood helps mold young children in who they become in their youth years and eventually adults. We absolutely love our center and believe in each and every child that attends Country Kids Schoolhouse

Our Philosophy

We believe children thrive in the safety and encouragement of high-quality program that also involves the families and center together. As a learning environment for children, we value an environment that is compassionate, child-directed, developmentally appropriate, and strives educationally. In doing so, we accomplish our mission of ensuring that children acquire the skills they need to later become productive members of society. We believe that children learn best through active involvement with the environment. We use the creative curriculum approach at Country Kids Schoolhouse. It is our firm conviction that children are one of our nation’s most important and delicate resources. Recognizing our responsibility, we provide a safe, happy, and enjoyable atmosphere for the children under our care.
